These FREE online sessions, for boys and girls ages 6-15, will focus on individual skill development, conditioning and athleticism. 

How It Works

Each morning you will receive a Zoom link and a password. This will allow you to access the live broadcast.  Zoom can be accessed from most laptops, smart phones or tablets.  A free download may be necessary.

Our coaching staff will broadcast to you live each day from Capital One Arena. One workout per day will be saved and rebroadcast on YouTube later that night for those who may miss the live broadcast.
